Our dreams could not be easily met. And when you see that it’s beginning  to be fulfilled, you’ll be surprised that it’s like slipping away the moment you’re near it. In this testimony of Vincenz Jancarik, you will be guided how you can get to your dreams, though at first you have it with fear, but  you’ll accomplish it with favor.

A waiter from Czechoslovakia is the main character in the story. He’s just a simple man who only dreamed of working in an exclusive Hotel .His story was full of suspense. It matches the author’s writing style in that he can put you in the scene. You will wish to be like Vincenz in his adventure before he was brought to a blessed land Canada.

The story was divided into three main parts. One during Hitler’s tyranny, then to Communism and finally to Russian control of their city. I was entertained in that Vincenz ignorance caused me to laugh because those armies surrounding him were much afraid. You could have done it if you’re only familiar of kitchen and tables.

One thing I can take note is Vincenz mentioned of Hitler’s iron fist, driven not only by political ambition but by Religious influence. There are lots of circumstances conspiring to take away his dreams, but when you found favor in God, God will give you favor in the eyes of man, and He uses an Oberbanführer to be at your side.He uses instant and surprising providence of His faithfulness, rescuing Jancarik from many near-death circumstances.

Vincenz testimony of obtaining favor with God will give you wisdom on how to deal with men in contradiction, opposition, even worst situations. You can finish this book within an hour, because you will not want the book to rest on your shelf without finishing it.

What I do not want with the book is if it’s out of print. Though it’s a paperback print with freshly font, I think it should be reprinted in a hardback copy. This has to be reprinted because this will inspire you.

The author did a good job in putting me to Vincenz place while reading. And you too, must experience what I’m saying. I’ll rate this testimony of suspense and adventure with 4 star.
