Have you tasted this Fruit?

Do you know the Blessed Fruit?

Have you tasted it?

Luke 1:42 “And she spake out with a loud voice, and said, Blessed art thou among women, and blessed is the fruit of thy womb.”

And Elizabeth who uttered these things can’t be just speaking out of her emotion for she is filled with the Holy Ghost (Luke 1:41) and therefore her words are not out of private interpretation (2 Peter.1:20-21) but under God’s intervention.

The remarkable things about the Lord Jesus as fruit is that

He suits every season

All fruits are seasonal but the Lord as fruit can be found by true seekers.

He satisfies every seeker

You have100% satisfaction guarantee in Him. He will prove it to you

He secures every soul

All the fruits when eaten too much could bring discomfort, and some fruits are not good for all, like those with Diabetics  and problem with sweets. You are safe and secured when you tasted this fruit. He will not be to your discomfort or dissatisfaction.

He is the sweetest saviour

He is the sweetest fruit that most people in this world have never tasted. Many people symbolically remember Him this Christmas , but let them see Him in us who have tasted Him experientially.

He is shared freely

You can also find fruits that can be shared to you freely, but this one,our Lord, is more than that. Not that He is of low or less value, but He is priceless. No one can avail Him if He will be shared to people with a price. He is available for you.

He is the saving Fruit

Physical fruits will give you nourishment for a short period of time, but when you have an encounter with the Lord, and have tasted His goodness after believing, then your experience will be for eternity.

That is why the Scripture says

(1Peter 2:3) “If so be ye have tasted that the Lord is gracious.

A tree bears fruit not for itself but for others. The Lord Jesus is the fruit for all, although some and not all will taste Him, and His seed is already sown in us who believed Him. May His fruitfulness in us bring harvest to others who have never tasted Him.

Psa 34:8  O taste and see that the LORD is good: blessed is the man that trusteth in him
