The Nations

The person who needs the gospel of Christ can be anywhere as long as it is unto the ends of the earth (Acts 13:47), therefore it covers every nation. And in this age of grace the Lord is no longer having preference on one’s genealogy (1Co.12:13; Gal.5:6). It’s true that in the Old Testament God chose Israel among all nations wherein His name will be glorified. But His program for Israel was postponed because He unveils His program for the church, and therefore He is no longer dealing with Israel the way He dealt with them in the past, neither He dealt with the church today as He dealt with Israel before giving them earthly blessing. This is because the blessing for the members of the church is not earthly but in heavenly places (Eph.1:3), and therefore spiritual. This is why you have to know how to truly rightly divide scriptures.

God is not even calling a special messenger from a chosen nation, not even name of some ‘chosen one’ so called. There is not even a place that replaces the Biblical Israel as a nation into a ‘spiritual and physical one’, or the ‘New Zion’, or any organization as coming from the East as some others had imagined. The body of Christ, or all the believers today, are not the new Israel. And wherever you are in the other side of the Globe, if your heart is among those whom God had prepared for the truth to listen to the Gospel, then you are part of the body and can also serve as a witness for Jesus (Php.1:20).
