The Non-conformity

True believers since the time of Paul, during the time of Christ, and even before His manifestation in this world, may had been silenced by death and persecutions for not compromising their stand (Rm.12:2) and it is difficult to show or present direct bloodline of lineage from them. However, we believe that God can raise believers today having already promised eternal life (Rm.11:4-5; Tit.1:2) and had given us a pattern (1 Tim.1:16), and that because faith is not transferred by bloodline but by personal relationship in the Lord wherein He called us by the gospel (2 Thes.2:14).

We are not in obedience to the traditional “Great Commission” which we believed to be not Christ’s commission for the church in this age of Grace(1Co.1:17), but that it is specifically Christ’s commission to the believing Israelites during His dealing to Israel as a nation. If God has no different purpose for the church he would have not raised another apostle, Paul who was formerly Saul, to complete His plan (Mt.16:18; Eph.2:11-16, 3:6). Even Peter and the others have seen Christ’s distinct calling of Paul (Gal.2:7-9), more so when deeper revelations were given.

“For what if some did not believe? shall their unbelief make the faith of God without effect?” Rom. 3:3

Paul, in his attempt to reach his fellow Israelites was rejected, and so he went to other audience more willing to hear him (Acts 13:; 28:28). But more rejection happens today as they accepted and embraced what Christ didn’t want them to do today. There is a great need that all preachers, all claiming as believers in Christ, MUST hear about Paul and the commission given unto him (Eph.3:2; Col.1:25). That is why we are not in conformity to the gospel preaching of Christianity nowadays (2Co.6:17).

The tradition that most people knew were wrong. But, if we are going to trace it through the writings as revealed through Paul, then we will know surely why many changes happened and why former things should be done away.
